Our Story
Pulse and Spice was brought to live by our Founder, Jumal. She grew up in Ghana in a big house where Kooko and Koose(Akara) was made and shared with neighbours in the community during the season of Ramadan. People loved the flavour, the kindness and the sense of belonging it brought to them.
Inspired by her passion to share that joy with people i Australia, she created Pulse and Spice to bring people together and back to their heritage.
